Policies, Plans and Strategies
Below are Council's Statutory, Community and Administrative type policies and procedures.
Statutory policies are adopted by Council due to a legislative requirement, or approved by the CEO as prescribed in the relevant legislation.
Community policies are adopted by Council and have a direct impact on the community.
Administrative policies are adopted by Council and provide direction for internal management of the day-to-day operations of Council. These policies don't have a direct impact on the community.
Management directives are approved by the CEO and provide direction for internal management of the day-to-day operations of Council.
Corporate Plan
The Corporate Plan 2020-2025 sets out the region's visions and priorities that will be pursued, and guides the allocation of resources over the next five years.
It is Council's strategic, long-term directional plan and provides the framework to guide the organisation along its set direction and the priority issues for the region.
