Working Hours

Administration and Library full-time employees work a 36.25 hour week under a Flextime Agreement.

Outdoor full-time employees work 40 hours per week with a rostered day off each month.


Annual Leave

All full-time employees accrue up to to five weeks' annual leave for each year of service.


Mount Isa City Council contributes 12% superannuation when the employee contributes a mandatory 6% towards superannuation.
