Public Swimming Pools

Council regulates the public swimming pools to ensure they are maintained and operated in a manner that reduces risk to public health and safety. Hence the operator of a public swimming pool is required to obtain a licence from the Council to ensure a safe and hygienic swimming environment to the community.
