Trade based roles keep us moving! If you would like to commence a trade-based apprentice in trades like diesel fitting (mechanical engineering), small engineering mechanic, boilermaking and plumbing, we have annual intakes for these opportunities.
Apprentices are engaged for the life the study program and are provided opportunities for study block with the RTO and complete on-the-job learning.
Traineeships are your stepping stone into the workforce. A Traineeship with the Mount Isa City Council will be for a period of 12 months and it involves both on and off the job training through TAFE or another registered training organisation.
