A food business must have a Food Safety Supervisor with a nationally recognised and accredited food safety qualification to monitor safe handling practices.
Food Safety Supervisor training can be undertaken online from a Registered Training Operator.

All food handlers are recommended to complete a Food Safety Training Course as a minimum requirement to work in a food business however, this does not meet the requirements of a food safety supervisor qualification and should only be used in a temporary food environment ie. food stall.
