Use Definition

  1. (a) means the use of premises for no more than 6 persons requiring assistance or support with daily living needs; and no more than 1 support worker; and residential accommodation for—
  2. (b) Includes a building or structure that is reasonably associated with the use in paragraph (a).

dwelling house, dwelling unit, residential care facility, rooming accommodation, short-term accommodation
