Use Definition
Dwelling house means a residential use of premises involving—
- (a) 1 dwelling for a single household and any domestic outbuildings associated with the dwelling; or
- (b) 1 dwelling for a single household, a secondary dwelling, and any domestic outbuildings associated with either dwelling.
Excludes:
caretaker’s accommodation, dual occupancy, rooming accommodation, short-term accommodation, student accommodation, multiple dwelling
Development Zone
If (a) associated with, and subordinate to a hospital use or education establishment use on the same site; and (b) for use by students or staff only, accepted subject to requirements:
If expanding the total use area of the existing use by less than 50m2 requiring: (a) no building work; or (b) minor building work, accepted subject to requirements:
If no secondary dwelling is proposed, accepted subject to requirements:
If expanding the total use area of the existing use by less than 50m2 requiring: (a) no building work; or (b) minor building work, accepted subject to requirements:
If expanding the total use area of the existing child care centre by less than 50m2 requiring (a) no building work; or (b) minor building work, accepted subject to requirements:
