Use Definition
Health care services means the use of premises for medical purposes, paramedical purposes, alternative health therapies or general health care, if overnight accommodation is not provided on the premises.
Examples:
Dental clinics, medical centres, natural medicine practices, nursing services, physiotherapy clinic
Excludes:
Development Zone
If on the same site as a community use, an educational establishment or a hospital, code assessment:

If expanding the total use area of the existing use by less than 50m2 requiring: (a) no building work; or (b) minor building work, accepted subject to requirements:
