Use Definition
Means the use of premises for—
- (a) a service for supplying or treating water, hydraulic power or gas; or
- (b) a sewerage, drainage or stormwater service; or
- (c) a transport service; or
- (d) a waste management service; or
- (e) a maintenance depot, storage depot or other facility for a service stated in paragraphs (a) to (d).
Examples:
sewerage treatment plant, mail depot, pumping station, water treatment plant
Excludes:
telecommunications tower, major electricity infrastructure, minor electricity infrastructure, substation, renewable energy facility, transport depot
