Use Definition

Multiple dwelling means a residential use of premises involving 3 or more dwellings, whether attached or detached, for
separate households.

Examples:

Apartments, flats, units, townhouses, row housing,triplex

Excludes:

rooming accommodationdual occupancy, duplex, granny flat, residential care facility, retirement facility

Development Zone

If on the same site as a community use, an educational establishment or a hospital, code assessment:

If (a) associated with, and subordinate to a hospital use or education establishment use on the same site; (b) for use by students or staff only, code assessable against:
