Complaint About CEO or Councillors
Chief Executive Officer
Council must investigate complaints that involve or may involve corrupt conduct of our Chief Executive Officer in accordance with requirements of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.
If there are grounds to suspect that the Chief Executive Officer has been involved in corrupt conduct, a complaint (including information or matter) can be emailed to Council's Complaints department at complaints@mountisa.qld.gov.au.

Councillors
The Queensland Independent Assessor assesses and investigates Councillor conduct complaints relating to conduct which is suspected inappropriate conduct or misconduct. Details of how to make a complaint can be found at the Office of the Independent Assessor website.
Council has adopted a Code of Conduct for Councillors(PDF, 252KB) and maintains a Councillor Conduct Register(PDF, 429KB).
