Use Definition

Means the use of premises for—

  • the arrival and departure of vessels; or
  • the movement of passengers or goods on or off vessels; or
  • storing, servicing, maintaining or repairing vessels; or
  • ancillary uses that directly service the needs of passengers of the vessels.

Examples:

marina, ferry terminal
