Means the use of premises for-
- an innovative or emerging industry that involves designing and researching, assembling, manufacturing, maintaining, storing or testing machinery or equipment.
Examples:
aeronautical engineering, computer component manufacturing, medical laboratories, computer server facility

If on the same site as a community use, an educational establishment or a hospital, code assessment:

If expanding the total use area of the existing use requiring: (a) no building work; or (b) building work where the increase in gross floor area is less than 100m2, accepted subject to requirements:

If expanding the total use area of the existing use requiring: (a) no building work; or (b) building work where the increase in gross floor area is less than 100m2, accepted subject to requirements:
