Use Definition

Means the use of premises for–

(a) providing entertainment to, or a recreation facility or, the general public; or
(b) preparing and selling food and drink for consumption non the premises, if the use is ancillary to the use in paragraph (a).

Examples:

theme park, zoo

Excludes:

hotel, major sport, recreation and entertainment facility, nightclub entertainment facility
