Mount Isa City Council is requesting tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the construction of the John Campbell Miles Memorial Lookout Redevelopment project.
The John Campbell Miles Memorial Lookout is a landmark of Mount Isa and has been identified for redevelopment due to the increase in demographic density and necessity to upgrade the current ageing facilities. The finished project shall improve safety in all aspects of its utilisation by the community, and be built to last within specific local climatic conditions.
The project aims to transform John Campbell Miles Memorial Lookout into a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe public space that supports community events, leisure activities, and cultural engagement.

Tenders must be submitted through www.vendorpanel.com.au by no later than 3pm on Friday 16 May 2025.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
