Mount Isa City Council invites written quotations to upgrade an existing carpark and the installation of electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging infrastructure, in collaboration with the NRMA.
This Request for Tender (RFT) package invites civil and roadworks contractors to submit tender proposals for the defined scope of works.
To provide flexibility and accommodate varying contractor capacities, the carpark renewal scope has been divided into two separable portions.
This allows bidders to tender for either one or both portions, depending on their available resources, expertise, and scheduling constraints.
Based on the evaluation of the tender responses, Mount Isa City Council reserves the right to award the contract to either a single main contractor for both portions or to two separate contractors, each responsible for one portion.

Tenders must be submitted through VendorPanel by no later than 3pm on Friday 26 September 2025.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
