Welcoming Babies Day 2025

Welcoming Babies Day is a celebration of our youngest and cutest community members. Register to receive a personalised certificate and a gift bag of goodies!

Registrations are open to babies born in 2024 and 2025. Please complete a separate registration for each baby. Registrations for a certificate and gift bag close on Friday 26 September 2025.

You will also have the opportunity to have a photo taken with your baby at our cute photo booth.

There will be a special welcome by the Mayor of Mount Isa, and the opportunity for your baby to have a photo with the Mayor.

Local community and support organisations that can help you nurture your baby will have stalls set up on the Civic Centre lawn. There will be food and drinks to purchase and free iceblocks!

Bring a picnic blanket, and hats, and make a morning of it connecting and celebrating.
