Administration, Library and Civic Centre full-time employees work a 36.25 hour week under a Flextime Agreement.
Outdoor full-time employees work 40 hours per week with a rostered day off each month.
All full-time employees are entitled to five weeks annual leave for each year of service.
Mount Isa City Council contributes 12% superannuation when the employee contributes 6% towards superannuation. Should employees elect not to contribute 6% then the Mount Isa City Council will contribute 9.5% superannuation.
