Invitation for Tender: Trustee Lease over Lots 47 & 48 on Crown Plan RD220 - Part of Jubilee Park

Mount Isa City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers (incorporated associations/organisations) for the grant of a trustee lease by Council for the purpose of recreation on the reserve land known as part of Jubilee Park.

The lease areas are situated adjacent to the Mount Isa Airport on land described as Lots 47 & 48 on plan RD220, with frontage to both the Barkly Highway and Vintage Lane.

The lease areas have had a recent electrical and building compliance undertaken and are in “as-is condition”.
