Awarded Contracts

In line with the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010:

(1) A local government must, as soon as practicable after entering a contract under this chapter worth $100,000 or more -

   (a)   publish relevant details of the contract on the local governments website; and

   (b)   display relevant details of the contract in a conspicuous place in the local government's public office.

The information published must include:

(a)   the person with whom the local government has entered into the contract;

(b)   the worth of the contract; and

(c)   the purpose of the contract.
