Mount Isa City Council Customer Service Team consists of 5 full-time officers and 1 part-time officer.  Our hours of operation are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Mount Isa City Council provides a vast range of services and the Customer Service Team can assist you with the following:

  • Request for service – i.e. report potholes, water leaks, animals at large etc.
  • Complaints
  • Animal registration
  • Payments for rates or other services
  • Cemetery requests & queries
  • Water Restrictions
  • Parking, Animal, Water & Health Infringement Notices
  • Sewerage & drainage plans
  • Building file access
