Mount Isa City Council Customer Service Team consists of 5 full-time officers and 1 part-time officer. Our hours of operation are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Mount Isa City Council provides a vast range of services and the Customer Service Team can assist you with the following:
- Request for service – i.e. report potholes, water leaks, animals at large etc.
- Complaints
- Animal registration
- Payments for rates or other services
- Cemetery requests & queries
- Water Restrictions
- Parking, Animal, Water & Health Infringement Notices
- Sewerage & drainage plans
- Building file access
