THE bill payment network Bill Express ® is to have an administrator appointed after a recapitalisation and restructuring of the company was withdrawn.
Council has decided that due to the uncertainty surrounding Bill Express ® no payments will be accepted through the provider until further notice and encourages its customers to avail themselves of the other payment methods on offer
