What happens if I do not wish to pay a fine?

If you do not wish to pay a fine or wish to dispute it, you must submit it in writing to Council Your request is then lodged and processed. You are given twenty-eight (28) days to pay a parking fine. Once this time has lapsed, the fine cost increases and you are issued with a reminder notice reminding you of the ticket and incurred fees.
