Do you have a problem with a Queensland public sector agency?
The Queensland Ombudsman may be able to help

How can we help?

If you feel you have been treated unfairly by a public agency or its staff, then the Queensland Ombudsman may be able to help. They can get to the bottom of the issues quickly and their services are free of charge.

Before complaining to the Ombudsman

Approach the agency you are concerned with and genuinely try to resolve your problem. Make sure you tell them what you want to happen - do you want an apology, a different decision or do you want to change the way things are done? If that doesn't work, then you can contact the Ombudsman.
