Stall Holder expression of interest now open for Isa Street Festival
Expressions of Interest are now open for stallholders to join this year's Isa Street Festival.
The event will be held on Wednesday August 9 and will be the third Isa Street Festival for the Mount Isa City Council’s celebration of Rodeo Week in the city.
All food and drink and market and information stalls are encouraged to apply, both not-for-profit and for-profit businesses, with no stall fees, and the opportunity to fundraise for your community or sporting group.
Mayor Joyce McCulloch said last year saw more than 25 community stalls, who gave very positive feedback for the fundraising opportunity.
“This year’s festival will take place over a greater area of the CBD and include a free concert by pop star Jessica Mauboy,” Cr McCulloch said.
“If you are interested in participating as a stallholder, and you meet the criteria, we would like to hear from you.”
Those successful with this expression of interest will be emailed a Stallholder Application Form, which will be assessed by our Festival committee. Stallholder applications will be emailed early in July.
Expressions of Interest forms are to be submitted to Council by 5pm, Monday June 26. Forms can be found at http://www.mountisa.qld.gov.au/isa-street-festival or at Council admin building, 23 West Street.
Forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or in person or post to Mount Isa City Council, 23 West Street Mount Isa 4825.
